About this Course

This course teaches communication elements that educational leaders need to be effective in a rapidly changing environment. By the end of this course, you will have a Personal Action Plan tailored to your individual leadership setting that you can use as a guiding resource.

Additionally, this course uses a constructivist teaching method that requires participants post to interactive discussion forums. This allows class members to learn from a professional network of school administrators. It also prompts participants to apply the learning principles to their unique work environment.

Jared currently serves as a K-6 Elementary School Principal in Port Jervis, NY. After beginning his career as a HS Social Studies Teacher, he took on administrative roles as an Athletic Director and HS Assistant Principal. In addition, he was a HS Football and Wrestling Coach and coached wrestling from youth through the collegiate level.
